The Surgical Technologist is a vital member of the surgical team at Providence St. Joseph Health. As a Surgical Technician, you will be responsible for facilitating the surgical procedure through the assembly of instrumentation, equipment, and supplies.

Under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will work alongside the surgeon, anesthesiologist, and other medical support personnel to provide patient care in a manner consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the Surgical Services department.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certificate of completion of a surgical technician vocational program or documentation of equivalent training.
  • Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 months of experience in a hospital operating room.
