Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the onsite Finance Team and cross-functional departments to ensure timely and accurate period closures.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Record revenue and post monthly expenses in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Calculate bonus payouts and maintain all licenses and compliance schedules.
  • Generate and approve ACH payments, as well as reconcile all intercompany expenses.
  • Supervise the Finance and Accounting teams, including AP & AR processing, and administer the credit card program.
  • Assist with treasury and tax activities, including cash management and coordination of tax filings and other critical activities.
  • Review monthly financials with the General Manager to ensure accuracy and understanding.
  • Continuously strive for process improvement and assist in the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, cash forecasts, and various ad hoc financial models.
  • Support other finance activities, including insurance, audits, payroll, and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 58 years of relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise or other financial software.
  • Advanced Excel skills in financial reporting, analysis, and modeling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on, results-driven self-starter.
  • Flexible and resilient to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and changing business conditions.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong value system, excellent judgment, and unquestioned integrity.
