About the Job: We're seeking an experienced Space Propulsion Systems Manager to join our team. This role will be part of Blue Origin Operations, responsible for managing manufacturing-related projects and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) in get-to-rate, cycle time, and lead time reduction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage manufacturing-related projects, including production support, process improvement, and operations improvement.
  • Achieve KPIs in get-to-rate, cycle time, and lead time reduction targets for assigned work centers.
  • Lead continuous improvement and value stream mapping events, leveraging Lean techniques and statistical methods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, facilities, and security, to drive operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with manufacturing in a production environment.
  • Experience in assembly manufacturing environments, factory flow and process modeling, and simulations.
  • Strong analytic skills, proficiency in data mining, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Operations Management, Construction Management, or a related field.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
