As the Head of Technical Programme Management, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of our battery system programme. This involves managing the technical aspects of the project, ensuring that the battery system meets all safety and performance requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration with other vehicle systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing key metrics for team success
  • Developing and maintaining project timelines, volumes, and budgets
  • Providing regular progress updates to senior management
  • Ensuring problems are transparent and risks are identified
  • Proactively mitigating risks within relevant engineering teams

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, or related)
  • ~3+ years of experience in programme management
  • ~ Strong technical background in battery systems, including knowledge of battery chemistry, thermal management, and safety requirements
  • ~ Experience using Confluence, Jira, Jama, or other project management tools
  • ~ Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with suppliers and partners
  • ~ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
