SPS Programmer

We are currently looking for a skilled SPS programmer to work on exciting projects in plant and mechanical engineering in Hamburg. As an SPS programmer, you will be responsible for developing software for machine controls and drive systems, creating user interfaces and visualizations, and developing hardware requirements for SPS controls.

• Design and develop software for machine controls and drive systems using SIMATIC S7 systems with S7 Manager and TIA Portal
• Create user-friendly GUIs with WinCC
• Develop hardware requirements for SPS controls, including electrical low-voltage systems for machines
• Optimize electrical equipment for machines and ensure smooth operation throughout the product life cycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in standardization processes and contribute to the development of new technologies

• Completed degree in electrical engineering - automation technology or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in programming SIMATIC S7 systems with S7 Manager and TIA Portal
• Strong knowledge of GUI development with WinCC and other SPS controls (e.g. Rockwell)
