Site Construction Evaluator Role

MWH Constructors is seeking skilled professionals to take on the position of Site Construction Evaluator. This role focuses on performing and documenting assessments for water and wastewater infrastructure initiatives in Southern California. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction evaluation and exhibit excellent communication abilities.

Primary Duties:
  • Act as the representative of the project owner in the field, ensuring thorough oversight of the contractor's activities.
  • Supervise contractor operations for adherence to contractual obligations and compile daily evaluation reports.
  • Verify that work complies with specifications, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Support the construction manager with the preparation of as-built documentation.
  • Record instances of compliance and non-compliance with quality assurance processes.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in evaluating water infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety and quality assurance practices.
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid California Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly wage: $91.27 (PWD).
