Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Thermal Energy Generation Expert to join our team at Terrestrial Energy. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing thermal energy generation systems for our innovative nuclear power plants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed engineering designs for thermal energy generation systems, including heat exchangers, pumps, and valves.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of thermal energy generation systems with other plant components.
  • Conduct thorough analyses and assessments to ensure system reliability, efficiency, and safety.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation to support design decisions and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in thermal energy generation, preferably in the nuclear industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include extended healthcare plan, paid vacation days, and career development opportunities.
