  • Site Analysis and Problem Solving: Conduct complex analysis to evaluate the stability, strength, and performance of structures, identify potential risks and develop solutions to problems such as structural deficiencies or environmental impact.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Proactively communicate with relevant parties to discuss project requirements, progress, and outcomes, present reports, proposals, and plans to stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, and contractors, and ensure client satisfaction and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, technical specifications, and other documents required for project implementation, maintain accurate project records, including budgets, schedules, and inspection reports.
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership: Supervise junior design engineers, provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, and facilitate coordination between project stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Risk Management and Safety: Evaluate potential risks related to safety, environmental impact, and construction challenges.
  • Continued Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes, and maintain PE license through continued education and meeting professional development requirements.
