P3 Physical Therapy Inc is seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Representative to join our team.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding front desk and waiting room experience, meeting and greeting patients, answering phones, converting inquiries into paying clients, and ensuring all patients are looked after and made to feel welcomed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Expertise: Provide thoughtful reminders, create a welcoming atmosphere, and form genuine relationships with patients.
- No Shows Prevention And Client Retention: Ensure clients successfully complete their entire course of treatment by beginning patient conversations, fostering trust, handling price objections, and communicating satisfaction.
- Front Desk Management And Patient Care Coordination: Organize schedules, develop procedures library, tag and record client statuses, and ensure timely invoicing.
Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented and fast-learner who can quickly understand new information, manage important details, and prevent drop-offs. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess empathetic skills, be able to connect with others effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with ease. A proactive and reliable individual who can act without being told, bring new ideas, and uphold verbal and written agreements will excel in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
- $65,000 - $75,000 per year based on experience.
