About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Strategic Accounts to join our team at Daon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through indirect sales referrals, upsells/cross-sales to our existing clients, renewal of agreements, license upsell, and managing our partner channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect sales referrals, upsells/cross-sales, and renewal of agreements.
  • Partner Management: Manage our partner channels to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of our solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with End Customers, Market and Technology Partners.
  • Strategic Planning: Build strategic account plans and strategies for each assigned account and partner.
  • Thought Leadership: Deepen understanding of the identity management vertical and provide insights and thought leadership to clients and partners to position our solutions effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years' experience in account and partner management, or a similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Commercial Success: Proven commercial success selling direct or managing Tier-1 financial services markets and Fortune 500 clients in the United States.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrable ability to think and act strategically while maintaining a pragmatic commercial perspective.
  • Language Skills: Required business-level proficiency in Spanish.
