Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive consumer lending growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of lending professionals to deliver exceptional member service and drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Manage and mitigate credit risk through effective underwriting, credit analysis, and risk management practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members, employees, and vendors
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in consumer lending, with a strong background in risk management and leadership
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business, or economics
