HRIS Coordinator Position

We are seeking an HRIS Coordinator with a strong attention to detail to work with our team. This role involves transferring a variety of HR files from SharePoint to the UKG system. Reporting to the HR Director, this individual will play a crucial role in a large HR documentation project, ensuring all employment records are accurately uploaded into our HRIS, UKG. Familiarity with HR documents is essential to correctly categorize and input the information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient with an HRIS system; UKG experience is a plus
- Very high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with HR documentation (e.g., I-9, W-4)
- Experience with file management and data entry
