Job Title: Flight Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Nurse to join our team at Guardian Flight. As a Flight Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in accordance with company protocols and medical direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care
  • Maintain thorough patient care documentation
  • Assist with coverage of open shifts as needed within the assigned area
  • Document required licensure, certifications, continuing education, and advanced procedures
  • Maintain competency in knowledge and psychomotor skills through ongoing experiences
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in an emergency or critical care setting, flight experience preferred
  • Current RN licensure and EMT Certification in required states
  • AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required, trauma certification within 6 months of hire, and advanced certification preferred within 12 months
  • Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS preferred
