Job Description

As a Veterinarian - Hospital Medical Leader at Petco, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and client experience. You will drive continuous improvement in clinical skills and cultivate a supportive, respectful, and collaborative work culture where all team members feel welcome.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review hospital P&L and partner with medical and operations field leaders to drive hospital performance, efficiency, and exceptional care quality.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure in good standing in the state where you will be practicing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
