We're seeking a skilled Veterinarian - Hospital Medical Leader to join our team. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who wants to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners.

About the Role:

As a Hospital Medical Leader at Petco Total Care, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and client experience. You'll drive continuous improvement in clinical skills, cultivate a supportive and respectful work culture, and partner with medical and operations field leaders to drive hospital performance and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Reviewing hospital P&L and developing strategies to improve financial performance
  • Partnering with medical and operations field leaders to drive hospital performance and efficiency
  • Cultivating a supportive and respectful work culture that promotes well-being and teamwork
  • Ensuring the highest level of patient care and client experience through continuous quality improvement initiatives
