Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join our team as a Hospital Medical Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and client experience, driving continuous improvement in clinical skills, and cultivating a supportive and respectful work culture.

Responsibilities
  • Review hospital P&L and partner with medical and operations field leaders to drive hospital performance, efficiency, and exceptional care quality.
  • Cultivate a collaborative work environment where all team members feel welcome and valued.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of patient care.
Requirements
  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary program.
  • Experience in veterinary leadership or management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
  • $126,880.00 - $202,800.00 per year salary range.
