Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Lead enterprise architecture activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and long-term strategic vision.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of solutions that meet business needs.
  • Work with multiple engineering teams across organizations to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure services, including compute, storage, and networking services.
  • 8+ years of experience in VMware/Broadcom products and technologies.
  • 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CMDB, PPM, Resource Management, Power BI, etc.
  • Experience working with multiple engineering teams across organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Good customer and executive communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Experience with Java, Python, PowerShell, C-Sharp, ASP,.Net, or other scripting languages for developing automations.
  • Knowledge and experience in using cloud deployment tools like Ansible, Terraform.
