Director of Asset Management

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Asset Management team in overseeing the operations of our mixed-use portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management, with experience in managing mixed-use, multifamily, and retail assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance to the Asset Management team
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures and regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive operational excellence and efficiency across the portfolio
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to the team's success

Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in asset management
  • Strong experience managing mixed-use, multifamily, and/or retail assets
  • Excellent understanding of financial modeling and strategy planning
  • Well-established interpersonal skills and ability to present to a team
  • Ability to provide oversight and management to assets through site visits
  • Operationally minded asset management
  • Passion for learning and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in real estate, finance, or business administration
