The Logistics Center Trainer will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our team members at Disability Solutions. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality training and coaching to ensure that our warehouse associates have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs to support the implementation of new processes and procedures
- Provide coaching and mentoring to warehouse associates to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in logistics and operations
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, education, training and development)
- 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a logistics or operations setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel to our warehouse locations. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull up to 320 pounds on casters.
