Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at CTI III LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing strategic relationships with clients and CPA firms, and effectively presenting our specialized service lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic networking and targeted outreach initiatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients and CPA firms, educating key stakeholders on our service offerings.
  • Leverage relationships with clients to generate referrals and promote new service lines.
  • Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to increase customer interest and understanding of CTI's value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service, including patience, a friendly attitude, empathy towards internal/external stakeholders, and with the appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and reasoning abilities.
  • Willingness to change to meet organizational needs.
  • Ability to process and maintain confidentiality while processing sensitive data.
  • Ability to recognize when an incident needs to be escalated.
  • Ability to lift equipment weighing 25 lbs. or less.
  • Ability to travel by air or car up to 25%.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary plus commission.
  • Salary range: $80,000 - $140,000 based on experience, education, location, and skill set.
