Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Infinium. As a key member of our Operations department, you will provide administrative support to our leadership team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our leadership team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Manage general administrative tasks, such as mail sorting, document filing, and office supply inventory.
  • Organize office events and activities to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Support various departments and staff members as needed, providing a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office coordination or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical systems and procedures.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What We Offer:
