Compensation: $24 - $27 per hour with partial differential pay

Role Overview: As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal operation of our manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will possess advanced problem-solving abilities, extensive experience with industrial mechanical and electrical systems, and strong communication skills. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless functioning of plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical and electrical systems on production machinery.
- Identify and address faults and safety hazards promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on all machinery.
- Recommend equipment replacements when necessary.
- Install mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Comply with safety and performance standards.
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of PLCs and drive systems is preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to learn about all plant equipment and SCADA system operations.
- Mechanical or electrical qualification certificate.
- Welding and fabrication skills are essential.
- Preferred experience as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician.
- Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and the National Electrical Code.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- High degree of manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at various heights.
- Physical capability to walk for extended periods and perform frequent bending, stooping, and lifting.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
