Automotive Repair Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team at Tire Discounters. As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in automotive technology.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Minimum two years of experience in automotive repair, with ASE certifications preferred.
- Valid Virginia Inspector license and at least one year of experience as a Virginia State Inspector.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require continuous standing, bending, and lifting (up to 75 lbs).
- Availability to work on Saturdays and occasional exposure to mechanical hazards and outside weather conditions.
