**Job Summary**
Hopewell is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Manager to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to senior directors and staff.
As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including greeting guests, answering phones, collecting and distributing mail, and maintaining accurate records.
You will also be responsible for planning and scheduling office events, developing and improving administrative systems, and assisting with special projects.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a full suite of healthcare benefits, student loan pay-down assistance, tuition reimbursement, funding for professional development, and generous paid time-off.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate employee.
- Collect, sort, and distribute all incoming mail daily.
- Manage the copy room and ensure adequate supplies.
- Order office supplies and maintain a stocked inventory.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and provide support to senior directors.
- Plan and schedule office events, including meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
- Develop and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with special projects and maintain accurate records.
