About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Management Coordinator to join our team at Association Properties Group, Inc., a division of the esteemed Mental Health Association, Inc. This full-time 40-hour position offers a flexible schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee property management software database, maintaining accurate records of all tenants and ensuring timely rent payments.
  • Implement and enforce all policies governing the property, working closely with internal teams to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained physical environment.
  • Bid and negotiate all property-level service contracts, including snow plowing, landscaping, fire alarm testing, elevator maintenance, HVAC repair and maintenance, and more.
  • Assist with coordination of capital improvement projects, monitoring and managing projects, as well as soliciting and analyzing proposals for capital projects.
  • Inspect assigned properties regularly to identify physical improvements and deficiencies, correcting them in accordance with budget guidelines and established property standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in property management and project management.
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in property management software and database systems.
