Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process life insurance applications from clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any application-related issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of various insurance carriers and their nuances, including required forms and submission procedures.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members on carrier-specific requirements and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of reporting and analytics to optimize application processing efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of clerical/administrative experience with increasing responsibility.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 - $22.00.
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks to start, increasing with years of service.
