Radiology Technician II Lead Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radiology Technician II Lead to oversee radiology staff and departmental workflow at HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest.

About the Role:
  • Lead radiology staff and departmental workflow to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Delegate assignments to staff as necessary and provide clear directions to ensure assigned tasks are completed.
  • Perform consistent periodic quality review of diagnostic images and work with staff to improve technical skills.
  • Collect and review data to inform quality improvement initiatives.
  • Obtain quality diagnostic images while maintaining superior patient care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiography.
  • Texas Medical Board licensure.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technician, with a focus on MRI.
