Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to drive commercial performance and achieve business targets
  • Lead business profitability analysis and develop recommendations to improve margins
  • Oversee the Sales Annual Operating Plan (budget) and Sales Incentive Plan processes

  • Support the Marketing team in deal analysis and strategy development
  • Advise commercial leadership on financial implications of contractual decisions
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with major accounts

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree in business administration, finance, or engineering
  • 5+ years of commercial finance experience, including working directly with Sales and Marketing leaders
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Travel approximately 10% of the time
