Position Overview:
The Manufacturing Operations Associate is responsible for performing various tasks within the production environment and providing support to skilled personnel as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled personnel with materials and labor support to ensure project completion
- Maintain cleanliness of the worksite, including specific trade areas and overall project areas
- Handle the loading and unloading of deliveries
- Organize materials on the production site
- Follow safety protocols to foster a secure working environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Relevant experience or a combination of education and training that equips the individual to perform the role effectively
- 10 Hour OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
- Proper training and certifications required prior to operating equipment
- Active operator's card is necessary
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Capability to utilize tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record are essential
- Must be able to meet attendance expectations consistently
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions accurately
