Position Overview:

The Manufacturing Operations Associate is responsible for performing various tasks within the production environment and providing support to skilled personnel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist skilled personnel with materials and labor support to ensure project completion
  • Maintain cleanliness of the worksite, including specific trade areas and overall project areas
  • Handle the loading and unloading of deliveries
  • Organize materials on the production site
  • Follow safety protocols to foster a secure working environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Relevant experience or a combination of education and training that equips the individual to perform the role effectively
  • 10 Hour OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
  • Proper training and certifications required prior to operating equipment
  • Active operator's card is necessary
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
  • Capability to utilize tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record are essential
  • Must be able to meet attendance expectations consistently
  • Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions accurately
