Job Summary:
The Robotics Programmer is responsible for the operation, programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting of paint robots in all phases of production. This includes generating consistent applications of all robots in the paint shop, increasing economic use of robots, and realizing defects to avoid malfunction. The successful candidate will also demonstrate solid rapport with clients, peers, team members, and leadership to communicate details of paint robots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate robots, train others, and observe robots in operation to maintain safety, quality, and throughput.
- Generate consistent applications of all robots in the paint shop.
- Realize defects and analyze them to avoid malfunction.
- Demonstrate solid rapport with clients, peers, team members, and leadership.
- Coordinate maintenance, repair, and reconstruction work tasks with shift supervisors, maintenance staff, and external service staff.
- Administrate all robot programs and bring backups up to date.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or its educational equivalent.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area of robotic welding.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Robotic certification preferred or ability to travel to train.
- Experience in the field or in a related area of Robotic Paint.

Pay Range:
$63, $101,700.00
