We are in search of a highly qualified Vice President of M&A and Corporate Development to spearhead our strategic growth initiatives through mergers and acquisitions. This role is pivotal in executing strategic transactions that align with our corporate goals and enhance long-term value for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough due diligence on potential acquisition candidates, evaluating financial, operational, and strategic compatibility.
  • Create financial models, valuation assessments, and business cases to inform M&A strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, operations, and executive leadership, to ensure effective transaction execution.
  • Oversee the complete M&A process, ensuring integration and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Remain informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry advancements to identify opportunities and manage risks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 5-10 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, specifically in M&A.
  • Demonstrated success in executing M&A transactions, with a strong focus on due diligence and integration.
  • Robust financial acumen, capable of analyzing complex financial data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Proficient in technical financial modeling and analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for deal meetings, conferences, and industry events.
