Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure academic success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters social-emotional growth and development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress and address any concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and educational best practices to ensure our students receive the highest quality education.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Valid Colorado Department of Education teaching license.
  • Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
