A Day in Your Role

In your capacity as a Customer Service Representative, you will assist members with their financial inquiries, provide precise information regarding our offerings, address questions and concerns, and foster a positive experience for our members. Essential Skills and Experience

To thrive as a Customer Service Representative at Community 1st Credit Union, you should possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with computer systems and software applications is vital, as you will be tasked with accurately entering and maintaining member data.
