Job Summary

As a Mitigation Technician at Paul Davis Restoration, you will be responsible for performing water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services. You will work under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager to ensure that all work is performed according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform water mitigation, tarping, and board up services to prevent further damage
  • Conduct mold remediation and asbestos/lead abatement to ensure a safe working environment
  • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the Mitigation Manager to ensure all work is completed to the highest standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and restoration services. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
