About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA). As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and completion of project-specific tasks.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting with entitlement, design, and construction projects, as well as supporting the planning and analysis of conceptual design issues and pre-construction activities.

You will also be responsible for coordinating and reviewing the development of architectural and engineering construction drawings and bid documents, effectively reviewing and understanding contractual requirements, and meeting with contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants to review project status and resolve issues.

In addition, you will maintain and follow-up on project open item lists, direct and/or document project meetings, review and analyze potential changes to the budget or schedule, and monitor construction budget and schedule.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of PMA.
