Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Lead to oversee the development and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Oversee construction activities, including site inspections, quality control, and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Autodesk Revit, and other construction software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
