Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team at Joerns Healthcare. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare professionals and administrators
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 3+ years of medical sales experience, preferably in the post-acute market space
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
