Medical Device Sales Representative

Job Summary:
As a Medical Device Sales Representative for Blake Smith Staffing, LLC, you will be responsible for closing accounts and expanding sales presence in the Western US region. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and facilities
Conduct product demonstrations and in-services to showcase medical devices
Negotiate and close sales deals with customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes
Requirements:
0-2 years of successful sales experience in the medical device industry
Strong understanding of medical devices and their applications
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
