Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in a correctional health environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in psychiatric inpatient care and be able to administer medication in special housing areas.
Responsibilities- Administer medication in special housing areas
- Respond to inmate requests for medical attention
- Perform basic wound care
- Active CA RN License
- BLS, Fire Card, MAB/CPI Certification
- Two years of psychiatric inpatient experience
- Experience in a secured environment preferred
- Travel experience beneficial
