Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President/Corporate Travel Manager to lead our Americas Corporate Travel Program. This role will provide strategic and operational leadership, fostering internal and external partnerships to deliver a best-in-class travel program that meets our business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the business travel program at our banks, serving as an intermediary in providing staff support with external vendors.
  • Oversee the on-site Direct Travel desk, controlling vendor contract management and performing chairperson roles for the vendor management team and competitive bidding process for travel-related third parties.
  • Leverage travel industry expertise, reporting metrics, tools, and resources to provide the best solutions for our organization, proactively communicating with internal partners and leadership.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage travel vendor programs, defining service level agreements and data protection and privacy standards.
  • Develop a comprehensive reporting program to benchmark the overall travel program and provide recommendations for cost savings, improvements to service performance, delivery, and program enhancements.
  • Serve as the key contact for all travel-related inquiries and policy clarifications.
Requirements
  • 7 years of relevant travel management experience or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive corporate travel management, procurement, third-party risk management, and operations experience.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and team management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of communicating across all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking, superb time management, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Solid proficiency with all areas of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $125K - $160K, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
