About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Manager to join our Corp Dev team. As a key member of our growth strategy team, you will play a critical role in driving our expansion plans and maximizing shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on potential areas for expansion and targets for partnership or acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the potential impact of proposed transactions.
  • Prepare and present high-quality presentation materials and proposals to communicate recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Build and negotiate business terms with partners.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive the deal closing process.
  • Analyze and monitor performance of partners and acquisitions; establish relevant reports and dashboards.
  • Review existing strategic partnership contracts for potential areas of expansion, cost optimization, and renewal opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, science, or related field.
  • 6-10+ years of relevant work experience in investment banking, corporate/business development, partnership, or related fields.
  • Experience taking a variety of transaction types across the finish line, including M&A and/or product partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial modeling experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Genuine interest in researching consumer technology landscape.
  • Humble, self-starting individual who is willing to roll-up their sleeves and is resourceful.

Compensation:

Arizona base pay range: $170,000 - $215,000

California base pay range: $175,000 - $230,000
