Job Summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a highly skilled GPS Equipment General Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising our GPS equipment operations, ensuring safe and efficient work practices, and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our GPS equipment team, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within the allocated timeframe.
  • Site Supervision: Provide on-site supervision and guidance to our GPS equipment team, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all work meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Safety Management: Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of GPS equipment operators and technicians.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that all project requirements are met.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any operational issues or problems that may arise during the project.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, construction management) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in GPS equipment operations and management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of operators and technicians.
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid/CPR) and a valid driver's license.
