  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of maintenance work and its completion.
  • Monitor and Order Supplies: Monitor and order supplies and materials as needed to ensure that maintenance tasks can be completed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Property Management Team: Work closely with the property management team to ensure that maintenance services are aligned with the needs of our residents.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Minimum of 1 Year of Technical Training: In a maintenance-related field.
  • Extensive Knowledge of HVAC Systems: Strongly preferred.
  • Basic Understanding of Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical Systems: Required.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Required.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as a Team Member: Required.
  • Ability to Lift Up to 100 Pounds: Required.
  • Physical Stamina to Perform Demanding Tasks: Required.
