Job Title: Maintenance and Cleaning Lead Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance and Cleaning Lead Technician to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction in all aspects of our restoration services.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer satisfaction and represent the brand with integrity and professionalism.
  • Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Work closely with your direct supervisor to ensure the team is unified and efficient in achieving our goals.
  • Follow all uniform and policy guidelines as outlined in the Brand Identity Guide.
  • Ensure all jobsites are left with a clean and orderly appearance.
  • Develop production expertise through providing exceptional services to our customers.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in all aspects of our operations.
  • Communicate effectively with office staff, immediate supervisors, and fellow technicians to ensure seamless operations.

  • Willingness to learn and grow with our company.
  • Attention to detail in organization, cleanliness, and care for facilities, assets, and equipment.
  • Aptitude for record keeping, recording information, and communicating effectively.
  • Awareness and respect for safety protocols, using caution when working with teammates and customers.
  • Ability to multitask and handle deadlines with ease.
  • Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
