We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a Maintenance Person, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including filtering oil fryers, maintaining outside grounds, and cleaning equipment and facilities.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
  • Assist management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
