About the Role

Crown Equipment Corporation, a leading manufacturer of lift trucks, seeks an experienced Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction within our branch territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize the sale of material handling services and parts, industrial battery service, and operator training.
  • Manage and coordinate activities among other managers to ensure effective communication and sales growth.
  • Recruit, select, train, and develop direct reports to achieve sales targets.
  • Review and approve sales-related functions, including accounts receivables and vendor invoicing.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of product, service, or parts sales experience, with a focus on material handling industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate lift trucks for product demos.
