About the Role

As a Cage Service Associate with Treasure Island, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The estimated salary for this role is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome to guests, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Promote TI products and services, fostering meaningful connections with our patrons.
  • Express genuine gratitude to guests for their loyalty, reinforcing a positive atmosphere.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, upholding the highest standards of courtesy and respect.
  • Efficiently complete transactions, minimizing wait times and enhancing overall satisfaction.
  • Process cash, redeem chips and tickets, and issue cage markers with accuracy and precision.
  • Utilize computer terminals for cashing personal checks and performing credit/debit card transactions, ensuring seamless financial management.
  • Assist guests with Casino Credit Lines and Front Money Deposits, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Exchange foreign currency and maintain relevant financial documents, guaranteeing compliance and efficiency.
  • Verify turn-ins within established guidelines and timeframes, upholding the highest standards of integrity.
  • Stay well-versed in Title 31 regulations and balance bank accounts accurately at the end of each shift.
  • Adhere to Gaming Regulations and perform duties as required, upholding the trust and confidence placed in us.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory for this position.
  • A valid Gaming License is essential; applicants must demonstrate the ability to obtain one.
  • At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles is necessary, showcasing your ability to provide top-notch service.
  • Prior cash handling experience is a must, demonstrating your proficiency in managing finances effectively.
  • Basic computer skills are essential for this role, ensuring efficient transaction processing.
  • Experience with sales and marketing techniques is highly desirable, allowing you to excel in promoting TI's offerings.
  • You must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, stand, and walk for extended periods, carry or lift up to 45 pounds, and work in a casino environment with possible exposure to dust/dirt, high noise levels, and smoke.
