Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Medicine Physician to lead our team in providing exceptional patient care and driving clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and lead by example to create a positive patient experience.
  • Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
  • Monitor key clinical center metrics and implement changes to ensure continuous clinical improvement.
  • Manage clinicians and support staff, ensuring compliance with APC supervisory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a professional and collaborative working environment that promotes teamwork and quality outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited medical program with a M.D. or D.O.
  • Board certification by ABPM, ABFM, or medical board in the state where employed.
  • Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
  • ACLS certification, preferred.
  • Five to eight years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or an emergency setting.
