Job Summary:

The Patient Care Coordinator will play a vital role in the success of Natera's Organ Health product line. This position will focus on building strong relationships between Natera and its patients to ensure timely management of testing. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Nurse Coordinators to increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales by being the primary point of contact for patient needs. The Patient Care Coordinator will achieve this by serving as the patient advocate within Natera.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with assigned cross-functional teams to maintain and support existing customers.
  • Assess patient needs with a focus on customer support, logistics coordination, and problem-solving.
  • Maintain and support a service-oriented relationship with patients.
  • Ensure timely responses to data and analysis requests from various parts of the organization.
  • Help manage business system tools, such as QlikView and Salesforce.
  • Identify, nurture, and grow patient relationships to influence and schedule ongoing testing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • This role involves regular access to Protected Health Information (PHI) in both paper and electronic formats, as well as various technologies to access PHI.
  • Employee must complete training on HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance, and security training within the first 30 days of hire.
  • Maintain current status on Natera training requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of Call Center experience in an inbound and outbound capacity.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Background in medical or biological sciences preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
