About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Senior Clinical Supervisor for ABA services. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Trainees, providing clinical oversight, and ensuring high-quality care for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs and develop personalized Individual Behavior Treatment Plans
  • Supervise RBTs and Trainees, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with BACB Guidelines and Code of Ethics
  • Conduct verbal behavior assessments, language, play, and skill-based assessments, and implement individualized language, play, and skill-based curricula
  • Collaborate with other therapists and the owner to develop a transdisciplinary team approach
  • Provide assistance to children with special needs and their families to help them reach individual and family goals

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) for Applied Behavior Analysis as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Experience providing services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Clear background check
